Agri Plus Sp. z o.o. oraz  Comtim Romania, zaprasza do składania ofert:

1.           Przedmiot zamówienia:

1.1  szczepionki dla trzody chlewnej z dostawą do Polski oraz Rumunii w okresie 03.2025-02.2026 - podane ilości w treści zapytania są ilościami szacunkowymi  (1szt =1 dawka).  Proszę w uwagach do pozycji o podanie ilości dawek w opakowaniu oraz pojemności opakowania. 

2.           Warunki zamówienia:

2.1 . zawarcie umowy w formie pisemnej lub elektronicznej (wymagany kwalifikowany podpis elektroniczny).

2.2  dostawa do Polski (Hurtownia leków Czarne Małe-Czaplinek) oraz Rumunii. 

3.           Warunki wymagane od oferenta: 

3.1  proszę o podanie ceny netto 1 dawki

3.2  minimum logistyczne

4.           Termin składania i warunki formalne oferty:

4.1.        oferty należy składać w terminie wskazanym w zapytaniu ofertowym, wyłącznie z wykorzystaniem platformy zakupowej.

4.2.        oferent pozostaje związany ofertą od momentu jej złożenia do upływu terminu min. 60 dni licząc od daty upływu terminu składania ofert.

4.3.        oferta powinna nadto zawierać:

4.3.1.      czas realizacji zamówienia

4.4.        oferty odbiegające od wymogów opisanych powyżej zostaną automatycznie odrzucone i nie będą brane pod uwagę.

5.           Przebieg postępowania: 

5.1.        Zamawiający dopuszcza w ramach postępowania podjęcie negocjacji handlowych mających na celu ustalenie wszystkich postanowień docelowej umowy. Zaproszenie do negocjacji nie oznacza wyboru oferty przez Zamawiającego.

5.2.        Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do:

5.2.1.    zmiany zakresu postępowania zakupowego oraz sposobu jego prowadzenia

5.2.2.    swobodnego wyboru oferty

5.2.3.    selektywnego wyboru dostawcy

5.2.4.    odmowy podjęcia negocjacji w toku postępowania zakupowego

5.2.5.    odrzucenia którejkolwiek z ofert, rezygnacji i zamknięcia postępowania lub odrzucenia wszystkich ofert, w dowolnym czasie na każdym etapie postępowania bez dokonania wyboru oferty i bez jakiejkolwiek odpowiedzialności wobec oferentów, jak i bez podania przyczyny.

6.           Postanowienia końcowe:

6.1.        Złożenie oferty handlowej jest równoznaczne z zapoznaniem się i zaakceptowaniem przez oferenta treści niniejszego zaproszenia do składania ofert oraz treści Regulaminu Platformy Zakupowej, znajdującego się pod adresem:

Agri Plus Sp. z o.o. and Comtim Romania, invites you to submit tenders:

1.Subject of the contract:

1.1 vaccines for pigs with delivery to Poland and Romania in the period 03.2025-02.2026 - the quantities given in the body of the enquiry are estimated quantities (1pc =1 dose).  Please indicate the number of doses per pack and the pack volume in the notes to the item. 

2 Terms of order:

2.1 . conclusion of contract in written or electronic form (qualified electronic signature required).

2.2 delivery to Poland (Wholesale Medicine Warehouse Czarne Małe-Czaplinek) and Romania. 

3. Conditions required from the bidder: 

3.1 please indicate the net price of 1 dose

3.2 logistic minimum

4. submission deadline and formal conditions of the offer:

4.1. bids must be submitted by the deadline indicated in the request for proposals, exclusively using the purchasing platform.

4.2. the bidder shall remain bound by the bid from the moment of its submission until the expiry of min. 60 days counting from the date of the deadline for submission of tenders.

4.3. the offer shall furthermore contain:

4.3.1. the time of execution of the contract

4.4. bids deviating from the requirements described above will be automatically rejected and will not be taken into consideration.

5. The course of the procedure: 

5.1 The Contracting Authority shall allow commercial negotiations to be undertaken as part of the procedure in order to determine all provisions of the target contract. The invitation to negotiate does not imply the selection of a tender by the Contracting Authority.

5.2 The Contracting Authority reserves the right to:

5.2.1. change the scope of the procurement procedure and the manner in which it is conducted

5.2.2. select a tender freely

5.2.3. selective choice of supplier

5.2.4. refuse to enter into negotiations during the purchase procedure

5.2.5. rejection of any of the tenders, resignation and closure of the procedure or rejection of all the tenders, at any time at any stage of the procedure without selection of the tender and without any liability to the tenderers and without giving any reason.

6 Final Provisions:

6.1 By submitting a commercial offer, the bidder is deemed to have read and accepted the contents of this invitation to tender and the contents of the Purchasing Platform Regulations, located at:
