The current high-level scope of relocation FP&A Anaplan model from current environment to the new one i Europe:

• Copy and paste of the current Global FP&A model into the new workspace
• Removal of USA (or other regional) data
• Adapting the hierarchies for the EU entity if needed
• Re-establish SAP BPC file exchange and ensure the new data is only the set needed in the new model - if needed. There are no direct BPC interface, only file import.
• Support the new administrators of the model for a transitional period
• No functionality removal, nor additions

Supplemental scope options:

• End-user training
• Support

Each item should be valued in terms ot time (in MD) and unit price. The migration schedule should be presented as a Gantt chart
Please add prices for other services if we will decide for additional trainings or new features implementation.
